About this product
Actinidia arguta 'Issai' is a hardy, self-fertile kiwi vine producing clusters of small, smooth-skinned fruits that can be eaten whole. In spring, fragrant white blossoms appear, followed in late summer by sweet edible kiwis. A vigorous deciduous climber ideal for arches and pergolas.
Flowering: Late spring; fruit ripens late summer to autumn.
Care Tips: Plant in full sun in fertile, moist but well-drained soil. Provide strong support; prune after fruiting to encourage new wood.
