Overview

Westland Aftercut All In One Lawn Feed, Weed & Moss Killer 150m² combines feeding, weed control and moss control in one granular lawn treatment. Its NPK 10-2-2 nutrient analysis feeds and conditions the grass, delivering visible greening in as little as 7 days, while the herbicide ingredients target common lawn weeds and their roots.

The formulation also contains ferrous sulphate for fast moss control. Moss blackens as it dies and can then be raked out, helping leave the grass in better condition.

This 5.48kg box covers up to 150m² when applied at the recommended 32g per m². It is intended for established lawns at least six months old and should be applied between May and August, while the grass, weeds and moss are actively growing.

How to Use

When to Apply

Use on established lawns at least 6 months old from May to August, when grass, weeds and moss are actively growing.

Allow weeds to grow for 3 days before treatment so there is sufficient leaf area to absorb the weedkiller.

For best results, apply on a calm day when the soil is moist and the grass is dry. Do not apply during drought, freezing or windy conditions, or immediately before heavy rain.

Application Rate

Apply evenly at 32g per m².

One 5.48kg box provides treatment for up to 150m² when used according to the label directions.

Mark out the area before treatment to help achieve even application. Apply by hand or using a suitable wheeled spreader calibrated to deliver the correct rate.

Do not overdose.

After Application

If rain does not fall, water the lawn within 48 hours.

After approximately 7–14 days, rake out dead moss and weeds.

The lawn can be mown 4 days after treatment.

Wait at least 6 weeks before a second application where another treatment is required.

What to Expect

After approximately 7 days, the grass should become visibly greener.

Moss will turn black as it dies. Temporary lawn discolouration can occur during this process. Once dead, rake the moss out.

Weeds may initially grow vigorously before becoming twisted and distorted as they die. Large or persistent weeds may require another label-compliant treatment after they regrow.

Good to Know

Avoid getting granules on flowers, shrubs, fruit or vegetable plants and keep the product away from hard surfaces.

Brush any granules off paving, decking, clothing and footwear immediately to help prevent staining or discolouration.

Avoid walking on the treated lawn and keep pets off the area until the granules have been watered in and the lawn is completely dry.

Do not mix or use this treatment with other plant protection products.

It is good practice to wear gloves when applying the product.
