13cm Ceramic Pot
Plant Highlights: Fleshy architectural foliage • Supplied in a decorative ceramic pot • Drought tolerant once established • Easy to grow in a bright position
Overview
Aloe vera is one of the most recognisable succulent houseplants, valued for its attractive rosettes of thick, fleshy grey-green leaves and its easy-going nature. Its clean, architectural form makes it a stylish addition to windowsills, shelves and desks, fitting equally well into modern and traditional interiors.
Adapted to dry conditions, Aloe vera stores water in its leaves and is well suited to busy households. It grows best in a bright position with plenty of natural light and requires only occasional watering once established.

Growing Guide
Indoor Placement
Position in a bright room with plenty of natural light. A sunny windowsill or a spot with bright, indirect light is ideal. Rotate the pot occasionally to encourage even growth and avoid placing it in cold draughts.
Watering
Allow the compost to dry out thoroughly between waterings. Water deeply, then let any excess drain away completely. Reduce watering significantly during the winter months when growth naturally slows.
Humidity
Average household humidity is perfectly suitable. This plant does not require misting and prefers good air circulation.
Feeding
Feed once a month during spring and summer with a diluted cactus or succulent fertiliser. Do not feed during winter.
