Overview

‘Little Blue Wonder’ is a low-growing blueberry ideal for edging, groundcover and container planting. It forms a dense mound of foliage studded with small but very tasty berries, and shows excellent autumn colour.

How to Plant

Plant in Acidic, well-drained soil or ericaceous compost. in a position with Full sun to partial shade.. Dig a generous planting hole, mix in organic matter, and water thoroughly after planting. Apply a mulch around the base to help conserve moisture and suppress weeds.

Care Tips

• Plant at the front of borders, in low pots or as underplanting for taller shrubs in acidic beds.
• Keep soil evenly moist but not waterlogged.
• Feed with an ericaceous fertiliser in spring.
• Little pruning needed – simply remove any dead or straggly stems.
