Growing Guide
Plant in fertile, well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Space plants according to the finished effect required, allowing enough room for healthy growth while achieving a dense hedge over time.
Water regularly during the establishment period, particularly in dry weather, and apply a mulch in spring to help retain moisture and improve soil structure. Container-grown plants should be monitored more frequently for watering.
Pruning
Trim once or twice during the growing season to maintain a crisp outline and encourage dense branching. Use clean, sharp shears and avoid clipping during periods of extreme heat or when frost is forecast.
