Overview
Crassula 'Rusby Variegata' is a compact succulent grown for its attractive variegated foliage. Its fleshy leaves are marked with shades of green and creamy white, often developing soft pink tones around the edges in bright light. The neat, branching habit makes it an excellent choice for adding year-round colour and texture to shelves, desks and sunny windowsills.
As a succulent, it stores water in its leaves and is well suited to busy households, requiring relatively little maintenance when grown in the right conditions.

Growing Guide
Place in a bright position with plenty of natural light. Water thoroughly only when the compost has dried out, allowing excess water to drain away completely. Reduce watering during winter when growth naturally slows, and avoid leaving the pot sitting in water.
Grow in a free-draining cactus or succulent compost and feed occasionally during the growing season with a balanced houseplant fertiliser according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Indoor Placement
This compact succulent is best suited to bright living rooms, home offices and sunny windowsills where it receives plenty of light. Good light helps maintain the attractive variegation and encourages compact, healthy growth.
Good to Know
Variegated succulents may grow more slowly than solid green forms because the lighter-coloured leaf areas contain less chlorophyll. Rotate the pot occasionally to encourage even growth and maintain a balanced shape.
