Growing Guide

Position in bright, indirect light for the healthiest growth. A little gentle morning or late afternoon sun is usually well tolerated, but avoid prolonged intense midday sunlight, which may scorch the leaves. Keep the plant in a consistent location, as frequent moving can cause leaf drop.

Water thoroughly when the top few centimetres of compost feel dry, allowing excess water to drain away completely. Reduce watering during winter when growth slows naturally. Maintain a warm environment and avoid cold draughts, sudden temperature changes and placing the plant close to radiators.

Wipe the leaves occasionally with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and help maximise the amount of light reaching the foliage.
