Helichrysum italicum, commonly known as the Curry Plant, is a compact evergreen subshrub grown primarily for its finely textured, silver-grey foliage and distinctive aromatic leaves. Growing Guide
Plant in a sunny position with well-drained soil. Curry Plant thrives in poorer, free-draining soils and dislikes prolonged winter wet. Water regularly while establishing, then only during extended dry periods, as established plants are drought tolerant.
Avoid overfeeding, as rich soils encourage lush growth at the expense of the compact habit and aromatic foliage.
