Hosta 'Devon Green' is a highly acclaimed, RHS Award of Garden Merit-winning herbaceous perennial celebrated for its striking, glossy dark green foliage. A sport of the famous blue-leaved 'Halcyon', it forms dense, tidy hummocks of thick, heart-shaped leaves with distinct deeply impressed veins. In mid-to-late summer, spires of delicate pale lilac tubular flowers rise above the lush leaves, attracting bees and pollinators. Reaching a mature height of 40 to 50 cm and a spread of 50 to 100 cm, 'Devon Green' is perfectly suited for partial to full shade, making it ideal for shaded borders, woodland gardens, underplanting trees or shrubs, and patio containers.
