Hydrangea arborescens 'Ruby Annabelle'®
Confirmed format: 3 Litre Pot
Plant Highlights: Large ruby-pink flower heads • Strong, upright stems • Flowers from summer into early autumn • Blooms on new season's growth • Ideal for borders and large patio containers
Hydrangea arborescens 'Ruby Annabelle'® is a striking selection from the popular Annabelle group, producing large, rounded flower heads in rich ruby-pink tones. The blooms emerge from deep red buds, opening to silver-pink florets with ruby-red edges before developing deeper colour as they mature. Strong, sturdy stems help support the impressive flower heads, even during wet summer weather.
Flowering from summer into early autumn, this deciduous shrub provides a long season of colour. Like other smooth hydrangeas, it flowers on the current season's growth, making it dependable, easy to prune, and a standout addition to gardens and containers.
