Position Plant in full sun or partial shade in a location with a south, west, east, or north-facing aspect. It adapts well to sheltered, exposed, or urban conditions.
Watering Requires moderate watering. Maintain moist, well-drained soil conditions during the growing season.
Soil Thrives in a range of soil textures including clay, loam, sand, and chalk, provided the soil remains moist and well-drained.
Pruning Prune in March or April (Pruning Group 4). Deadheading is optional.
Hardiness and Winter Care Fully hardy in Ireland (RHS H6, down to -20°C) with no special winter protection required.
