MALUS NEVILLE COPEMAN

In spring, Malus × purpurea 'Neville Copeman' looks splendid covered in pink-purple blossom. The flowers feature white stripes radiating from the centre and have a relatively long flowering period, making this an excellent choice for pollinating apple trees. The leaves have a hint of purple, which is particularly prominent when they are young.

Large orange-red crab apples look stunning in autumn. Being less bitter than some crab apples, the fruits of 'Neville Copeman' can be eaten raw although not to everyone's taste! We recommend using them in jams, jellies and chutneys.

Malus 'Neville Copeman' has an attractive spreading form and will grow to 4 x 4 metres in 20 years. Both full sun and partial sun are suitable.
