Growing Guide

Position

Grow in full sun or partial shade. Plants develop the best seasonal foliage colour with good light while benefiting from shelter from strong, cold winds.

Watering

Water regularly during the first growing season while the root system establishes. Once established, water during prolonged dry periods, particularly plants grown in containers.

Soil

Plant in fertile, moisture-retentive but well-drained soil. Improve heavy soils with organic matter before planting to encourage healthy root development and avoid prolonged winter waterlogging.
