Growing Guide
Plant in a sunny, sheltered position with free-draining soil. Good drainage is particularly important, as stone pines dislike prolonged winter wet. Water regularly during the establishment period and container-grown plants during extended dry spells, allowing excess water to drain freely.
Little pruning is required beyond removing damaged or misplaced branches. Feed in spring with a balanced fertiliser if growing in a container.
