Pinus pinea 'Silver Crest' is a compact selection of the Mediterranean Stone Pine, grown for its dense, symmetrical shape and attractive silver-blue juvenile needles. | Position | Plant in a sunny, sheltered position where it receives plenty of direct light. It performs best in open locations with good air circulation and protection from prolonged winter waterlogging. |

| Watering | Keep the compost or soil evenly moist while the plant establishes. Once established, it is relatively tolerant of short dry periods but benefits from occasional watering during extended spells of dry weather, especially in containers. |
