Growing Guide

Position & Light Plant in full sun in fertile, well-drained soil.
Soil & Moisture Performs best where the soil retains some moisture but does not become waterlogged.
Watering & Mulching Water during prolonged dry periods while establishing, and apply a mulch in spring to help conserve moisture and improve soil structure.
Deadheading & Pruning Remove spent flowers to encourage continued blooming, or leave some seed heads in place to provide winter interest before cutting back. Cut stems back to ground level in late autumn after flowering, or leave seed heads standing through winter for added garden structure before tidying in early spring.
Maintenance Divide established clumps every few years if they become crowded to maintain vigour.
