Rudbeckia fulgida var. sullivantii 'Goldsturm', commonly known as Black-eyed Susan, is one of the most dependable and widely grown late-summer perennials. Growing Guide

Position

Plant in a sunny, open position where it will receive at least six hours of direct sunlight each day. Full sun encourages the strongest stems and heaviest flowering.

Watering

Water regularly during the first growing season while establishing. Once established, water during prolonged dry spells, particularly on lighter soils, to maintain flowering.

Soil

Hardiness and Winter Care
