Rudbeckia ‘Sunburst Solar’
3 Litre Pot
Plant Highlights: Compact habit • Bright yellow daisy-like flowers • Late summer to autumn colour • Ideal for borders and containers
Overview
Bringing reliable colour just as many summer flowers begin to fade, Rudbeckia ‘Sunburst Solar’ produces masses of cheerful golden-yellow, daisy-like blooms with rich dark central cones from late summer into autumn. Its naturally compact habit makes it particularly well suited to the front of borders, mixed perennial planting and patio containers.
The long-lasting flowers pair well with ornamental grasses and other late-season perennials, helping to extend seasonal interest while adding bold contrast to planting schemes.

Growing Guide
Position
Plant in full sun for the strongest flowering, although it will also perform well in partial shade.
Watering
Water regularly while the plant is becoming established, keeping the soil consistently moist but never waterlogged. Once established, continue to water during prolonged dry periods, particularly when grown in containers.
Soil
Grow in fertile, moisture-retentive soil that drains freely. Improving heavy soils with organic matter before planting will encourage healthy growth.
Routine Care
Remove spent flowers to encourage further blooms throughout the flowering season. Cut back old stems after flowering or leave seed heads for winter interest before tidying growth in early spring.
