Overview
Salvia nemorosa 'Sensation White' is a compact herbaceous perennial producing elegant spikes of crisp white flowers from early summer through to late summer. Held above aromatic green foliage, the blooms create a fresh, clean display that pairs beautifully with both vibrant and pastel-coloured planting schemes.

Growing Guide
Plant in a sunny position with well-drained soil. Once established, Salvia nemorosa is tolerant of short dry spells, although regular watering during prolonged dry weather will help maintain flowering, particularly in containers.
Remove spent flower spikes to encourage repeat flowering throughout the season. Cut back old growth in late winter or early spring before fresh shoots emerge.
Why We Love It
The pure white flower spikes bring brightness and contrast to sunny planting schemes, while the compact habit makes this variety easy to incorporate into borders and containers. It combines particularly well with ornamental grasses, roses and other summer-flowering perennials.
Wildlife
The nectar-rich flowers are highly attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects, making this an excellent choice for wildlife-friendly gardens.
