Growing Guide
Indoor Placement
Position in bright, indirect light for the best foliage colour. The plants will tolerate lower light levels, although variegated selections may lose some of their leaf pattern in deeper shade. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
Watering
Allow the top few centimetres of compost to dry before watering thoroughly. Empty any excess water from the saucer or cachepot, as constantly wet compost can lead to root problems.
Humidity and Care
Average household humidity is generally sufficient, although the plants appreciate slightly higher humidity in kitchens or naturally bright bathrooms. Trim longer stems if required to encourage fuller, bushier growth.
