Overview
Wisteria macrostachya 'Clara Mack' is a beautiful selection of Kentucky Wisteria, producing graceful cascades of pure white, lightly fragrant flowers in early to mid-summer. Flowering later than many Asian wisterias, it brings fresh colour and fragrance to the garden after the main spring display has passed. This deciduous climber develops twining stems clothed in fresh green foliage, making it an excellent choice for training over pergolas, arches, fences and sturdy trellises. As it matures, it forms a striking architectural feature with reliable seasonal interest.

| Positioning & Support | Plant in fertile, moist but well-drained soil in a sunny position for the best flowering, although partial shade is also suitable. Provide a strong support such as a pergola, wall wires or a substantial trellis, and tie in young shoots as they develop. |
