Description

The AMES Stainless Steel Border Spade is ideal for planting and working in spaces where precision is needed. Due to its small head, it is suitable for use in beds and borders as it will not disturb nearby plants’ roots.

Designed to last, the head is constructed of stainless steel for minimal soil adhesion and tempered for maximum strength and durability. Its polished surface makes it easy to clean and resistant to rust.

The handle is made from ethically sourced FSC® certified ash wood, shaped to form a traditional YD. An AMES-branded dart has been added to the handle for greater structure and strength. The handle and head connection is double riveted for maximum strength and a secure connection.
