24cm Pot – 2 Plants per Pot
Plant Highlights: Large violin-shaped leaves • Full, multi-stem appearance • Bold architectural form • Ideal statement plant for bright interiors
Overview
Ficus lyrata, commonly known as the Fiddle Leaf Fig, is one of the most recognisable indoor foliage plants, valued for its large, glossy, violin-shaped leaves and striking upright habit. Supplied in a 24cm pot with two plants growing together (2pp), it has a naturally fuller appearance from the outset, creating an impressive feature for larger indoor spaces.
Its bold foliage brings year-round structure and texture to contemporary and classic interiors alike. With bright light and stable growing conditions, Ficus lyrata develops into a long-lived specimen that becomes increasingly characterful with age.

Growing Guide
Light
Position in bright, indirect light for healthy, balanced growth. Avoid prolonged harsh midday sunshine through glass, and try to keep the plant in a consistent position, as frequent moves can cause leaf drop.
Watering
Allow the top few centimetres of compost to dry before watering thoroughly. Empty any excess water from decorative pots or saucers and reduce watering during the cooler months when growth naturally slows.
Compost
Use a free-draining houseplant compost in a pot with good drainage. Repot only when the roots have filled the container, moving up one pot size at a time.
Routine Care
Wipe the leaves regularly with a damp cloth to remove dust and maximise the plant's ability to capture light. Rotate the pot occasionally to encourage even growth and avoid placing it near radiators, air conditioning or cold draughts.
Indoor Placement
Ideal as a floor-standing feature in bright living rooms, home offices, conservatories and other well-lit indoor spaces. Its upright habit and bold foliage make it particularly effective as a focal point.

Good to Know
Ficus lyrata prefers stable growing conditions and may shed a few leaves if moved frequently or exposed to sudden temperature changes. The milky sap can irritate skin and should be kept away from pets and children.
