How to Plant
Plant in Moist, fertile soil enriched with organic matter. in a position with Full sun or partial shade; full sun gives the best flavour.. Dig a generous planting hole, mix in organic matter, and water thoroughly after planting. Apply a mulch around the base to help conserve moisture and suppress weeds.
Care Tips
- Winter prune to maintain an open framework and encourage young side shoots.
- Remove some of the old, dark stems at the base each year to renew the plant.
- Mulch annually and water in dry spells, especially as fruit swells.
