The special collarette, Dahlia 'Pooh,' is a rewarding summer bloomer that will give you pleasure from July to the first frost. The lovely orange-red flowers have a crown of yellow petals and are definite eye-catchers in sunny gardens, borders or containers. Dahlia bulbs are sensitive to frost, so don't plant too early.
