Indoor Growing Guide
Position your Calathea in bright, indirect light, away from prolonged direct sunshine which can scorch the leaves. Keep the compost evenly moist, allowing only the surface to dry slightly before watering again, and never leave the pot standing in water.
These tropical plants appreciate higher humidity and perform particularly well in naturally humid rooms. Avoid placing them close to radiators, air conditioning units or cold draughts, as sudden temperature changes can affect the foliage.
