An organic based lawn feed which will feed your lawn for up to 100 days. MO Bacter is the ideal lawn treatment for lawns with moss infestation and contains extra magnesium which gives a strong green colour to your lawn.

MOBacter is organic and will not burn the grass when applied correctly. Leave the lawn for 7-10 days after 
applying MO Bacter before mowing so that it can get to work. The fertiliser will help prevent moss from 
redeveloping. It will not stain paths, patios, terraces, concrete or clothing. MO Bacter has an indirect action 
against moss and reduces the tendency for re-infection. After application there is no need to rake out the dead moss which will become apparent after 2-3 weeks. This dead moss disappears into the thatch layer where bacteria start the process of digesting it. MO Bacter feeds the lawn for 100 days, enriches the root zone with organic matter and increases soil fertility. The crumbed granules are easy to spread with any kind ofspreader and may also be spread by hand.

WHEN TO APPLY?
Apply MO Bacter from March through to September at a rate of 100-150g/m2 when the air temperature is 12C degrees or above and repeat the treatment after 100 days.

If it doesn’t rain for more than a week after application we recommend watering to activate the fertiliser.

What is MO Bacter exactly?
MO Bacter is an Organic-based slow-release granular fertiliser which will feed your lawn for 100 days, destroys moss without turning it black and remove the need of raking out the dead moss.

What does it do?
MO bacter applies essential nutrients to the lawn including an extra dose of potassium which moss can't 
tolerate. The moss dies off as a result of potassium overdose while the strength of grass improved.
Within 3-4 weeks of application, under ideal conditions, the moss turns brown. A short time afterwards the 
dead moss will start to disappear as the beneficial bacteria in MO Bacter digests the dead material.
The slow-release granules continue to feed the lawn for up to 100 days, ensuring a healthy lawn that you can be proud of.

How do I apply it?
Apply MO Bacter at the rate of one handful (about 200 grams) per 2 sq metres. Can be applied straight after cutting. A 10 Kg bag will cover approx. 100 square metres. A 20 Kg bag will cover approx. 200 square metres.

When do I apply it?
MO Bacter is best applied from early March through to early June for healthy
grass and moss control, but can also be very successful when used in early
autumn, as it prepares the grass for winter. There is no need to wait three days 
after cutting – you can apply straight away.

What are the best conditions for applying MO Bacter?
MO Bacter works best when soil temperature reaches 10 C degrees (this equals to 12 C degrees of air temperature), so warm, damp conditions are ideal.

How do I store MO Bacter?
Keep MO Bacter in cool, dry conditions, stored in the plastic bag provided, and secured at the top. You can continue to use the product for up to 12 months.
